EDUCATION

Nurse Practitioner : Minimum-MSN in related field of work.

Physician Assistant: Minimum- PA-C, or equivalent.

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION

Nurse Practitioner: Minimum- Registered Nurse Licensure from the state of Indiana; Nurse Practitioner certification, CPR required.

Physician Assistant: Minimum- Physician Assistant Licensure from the State of Indiana;
National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) certification;
CPR certification required.

EXPERIENCE
Preferred: Pediatrics trained APP or Experience in Pediatrics preferred.
